white on white...

I'm absolutely LOVING this 'white on white' trend going on for Summer at the minute. I never used to like white because I'm quite pale so I'm just pushing my chances to look more like a snowman, but now I love it because I look at what the colour white represents rather than it's actual 'colour'. These Primark trousers have been featured on my blog before and are still going strong. I love them they are the cosiest trousers out there, basically because it feels like your wearing none. They also go with so many different things literally they are great for dressing up or down and are great for the current white trend simply because they're so easy to dress around. I thought I'd casual up the look with a beach type bag which I got last year for £4 from H&M raved about it then forgot to take it with me on my holiday - so dumb!

Short and sweet tonight guys as I'm not very well but wanted to get a post done. Watch out for my 'boho festival look' for my newspaper article which will feature on the blog soon!

hello Cabot...

Thought I'd give you all a little peep at what I wore to Cabot with my sister for her MAC interview. One of the things I love about going for a good shop is making yourself feel/look good, so I take the opportunity to put together an outfit that I love and will feel comfortable shopping in. I think my outfit is almost a 'city chic look' with the big bag, kitten heels, mac coat and sunnies. To me this outfit is pretty simple, but also effective the mac coat is a saviour can be used with so many different pieces of clothing to rescue a dull looking outfit.

As always I don't wear anything tremendously expensive. The kitten heels, coat and sunnies are all from Primark - heels £12, coat £10 and sunnies £2. My bag is from LaModa and I think it was £20 and I really recommend LaModa if you are in need of a new stylish bag which looks expensive but is kind to your purse as nearly all of their bags are £20 or under. Underneath my coat I was wearing my £5 peplum skirt from H&M and a plain white top to go with it. What are you thoughts on the outfit - yay or nay?

a pinch of flowers...

FRIDAY! Well unlucky for me as I have work. I've got plenty of posts to share with you guys I've just been a tad ill so I haven't had the time to write any up. Anyhow I was desperate to share this floral beauty with you all as I think it's just gorgeous and at £7 you can't go wrong to be honest.

I thought I'd keep the outfit light, pretty and girly to go with the skort which was from my beloved Primark (surprise surprise ey?). I teamed it with my white bag from La Moda which I think was £20 as most of their bags are. My heels and top are from New Look the heels were £20 and the top is an oldie. I also thought I'd throw on a cardi which was my grandmas (but you can't notice that) so I do not know the price. I'd wear this as a daytime outfit, but probably change the shoes to a lower heel (do not want a broken ankle).

P.S. the skort is still in store as I only bought it the other week and saw it still in there the other day so don't miss it!

So sorry for the lack of posts my readers, I've recently been very hung up on Gossip Girl and enjoying freedom from school (slight selfishness). However, I pulled away from my 'me time', even though it's still arguable blogging is me time, but anyway I was desperate to show my lovely new coat - and just look at the colour of it! I think the colour is perfection it's like wrapping yourself up in the sky, on a nice day of course which we are seeing plenty of.

I ordered the coat from Sheinside and as beautiful as it was I was disappointed with the way I received my coat, e.g button holes not cut properly and thread hanging from it. Luckily I have a mum who is amazing at anything to do with a sewing machine and material. Despite my coat issue I do still love it as it's so light and a great piece to throw on for Summer days.
